MCSTOPPP partners with The Bay Institute's Students and Teachers Restoring A Watershed (STRAW) Program each year to educate Marin County students that we all live in a watershed, the importance of riparian habitat and it's effects on stream health, and how they can make a difference. It is a two part program that involves in class presentations followed by a hands-on restoration day in their local creek.
